Pub fare

Burgers and sandwiches come with your choice of: red cabbage, German potato salad, homemade onion rings, macaroni and cheese, or Abita Amber Sidewinder fries. Additional toppings on burgers and sandwiches: Bacon for 1.00 and American, Cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, or Pepper Jack cheeses for 1.00, Chimay chesse for 3.00.

German Meat Loaf Sandwich - 10
Mosley’s ground beef and pork, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onion, topped with melted cheddar cheese. Served on grilled marble rye bread. 

Turkey Burger - 10
1/3-pound grilled turkey burger topped with Ayinger-glazed murshooms and goat cheese. Served on a brioche bun. 

Reuben - 10
Thinly-sliced hot corned beef, topped with our homemade Bavarian style sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and homemade 1 000island dressing. Served on grilled marble rye.

Dirty Bird Chicken Sandwich - 10
Deep-fried chicken breast topped with lettuce, pickles, Pepper Jack cheese and Slap YO' Mama sauce. Served on grilled Texas toast. 

Fish and Chips - 11
Abita-Amber-battered Atlantic Haddock served with Sidewinder fries and your choice of 2 cocktail or tartar sauces.

Vegetarian - 9
A homemade seared black bean patty topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Served on a brioche bun. Add guachummus for an additional 1.  Add goat cheese for an additional 2.

Chicken Tenders - 9
Fresh chicken tenderloins, hand-breaded, thendeep fried. Served with Sidewinder fries and your choice of one dipping sauce.

The Defibrillator Challenge

If you left your little girl panties at home and brought your man card, saddle up to this challenge that separates little girls from tobacco-chewing, Levi-wearing, tattooed testosterone.
You’ve got 30 minutes. No bathroom breaks. You must remain at your table. If it comes on the plate, you must finish it. Do all of this and it’s free. Plus your picture is added to our wall of fame and we send you home with a t-shirt. Fail the challenge and your picture will be added to our wall of shame.
4 juicy 1/2 lb Mosley’s, fresh never frozen, ground chuck patties topped with 2 slices of crispy slab bacon, 2-oz of our LoDa chili, 2 onion rings, Southwest ranch, and sliced jalapeños, served between 3 Texas Toast grilled cheeses and 1 lb of Abita-Amber-soaked Sidewinder fries on the side.

The Van Antwerp - 10

Pork Schnitzel - 12
Pork cutlet pan-fried with Panko crumbs. Served on our homemade German potato salad with our homemade, braised red cabbage and an Abita Amber beer bacon gravy.

Abita-Amber-soaked bratwurst topped with our homemade Bavarian-style sauerkraut and served in a bratwurst bun. Your choice of cheddar or beer.

Burgers

All of our hamburgers are ½ pound, 100% Mosley’s ground chuck. Made fresh daily, never frozen. Served with your choice of sides. WARNING! LoDa’s burgers are the juiciest you’ll ever have. You may need a bib!

Sugar Rush Burger - 12
Slab bacon, cheddar cheese, and homemade Abita Root Beer BBQ sauce topped with caramelized onions and nestled between 2 Sugar Rush glazed donuts (Donut Co.)

The Saenger - 12
Our take on a bacon mushroom Swiss burger. It has the bacon, it has the Swiss, but our mushroom is an entire fried portabella cap topped with herb aioli. Served on a brioche bun.

The Monk - 13
Chimay cheese, Kumato tomatoes, red onion, Arcadian lettuce, slab bacon and roasted garlic aioli.

Courthouse - 12
Our famous LODA burger topped with Pepper Jack cheese and bacon, then topped with a Buffalo blue cheese butter. 

The Mac Attack - 11
Cheddar, Parmesan, Romano, provolone, and mozzarella cheeses blended with elbow macaroni, formed into a patty, deep-fried, and topped with crispy bacon and Zatarain’s Creole mustard on a brioche bun.

RSA Tower - 12
Swiss cheese, slab bacon, our homemade braised red cabbage, sautéed pickles, and onion, topped with a sunny side up egg and spicy mustard. Served on a brioche bun.

Fort Conde - 11
Topped with Peppadew peppers, red onion, Arcadian lettuce and smothered in our creamy queso sauce.

Deep-Fried Country - 11
Breaded and deep-fried, then topped with slab bacon, onions, pickles, butter lettuce, and Abita Amber gravy on a brioche bun.

The Barton Academy - 12
The best thing to come out of Barton in over a half-century. This behemoth is served atop a sourdough bun bedded with pickles and topped with crunchy peanut butter, slab bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, and a fried egg.

Sweet Baby Ray’s teriyaki glazed pineapple and jalapeños, bacon, Swiss cheese, Romaine with a sweet chili aioli on a brioche bun.

Spanish Fort - 13
Topped with bacon, avocado, red onion and smoked Gouda, then covered with flame roasted corn and bell pepper.
